All potential tenants must fill out an application and be approved before signing a lease. All suites require first, last and a security deposit.
Rent at the Masonic includes utilities, pest control, common area maintenance, secure entry code with 24/7 access, garbage pick up, electronic signage and one all-day parking space per office.

Parking at our Pine Avenue location makes working downtown even more convenient. One parking pass is included with the lease of a one or two-room suite.

All the common areas of the Masonic building, including waiting areas and public restrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor, are kept clean and stocked. Building maintenance is included in your lease, which means you can spend more time on what's important.
Our building has an elevator and ADA accessible restrooms.
This one room 219 square foot suite on the 3rd floor is $381.64 per month and requires a $200 security. Lease includes one parking pass. (Does not include phone or internet)
